Emerging Professionals Route:

Methodology: Examination-Based Assessment

Description: Aimed at young professionals and students, this route employs an Examination-Based Assessment to evaluate essential foundational knowledge and understanding of the subject. This methodology emphasizes study and theoretical learning, ideal for those beginning their professional journey in the specific field. The exam is MCQ-based, and candidates are required to solve 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in 180 minutes.
Executive Professionals Route:

Methodology: Assignment-Based Assessment

Description: This Route offers an alternative pathway for mid-level professionals to earn Leadership Credentials and Expert Certifications through an Assignment-Based Assessment. This route is designed for candidates who meet the defined eligibility criteria and possess prior learning and substantial experience in their respective fields. As part of the assessment, candidates are required to submit an assignment or questionnaire, which is typically related to their practical experience and professional acumen in the subject.
⁠Leading Professionals Route:

Methodology: Portfolio-Based Assessment

Description: The Leading Professionals Route formally recognizes senior professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic impact, and industry influence at the C-level or equivalent. This pathway acknowledges their prior learning and extensive professional journey in the subject area. Through a structured assessment such as a portfolio, reflective statement, professional recommendations, or interview (if needed), this route validates their experience and awards international recognition for their achievements in the relevant field.

Consent to Terms and Conditions for Certification Programs or Services of Institute of Chartered Management Professionals Inc. by the Candidate:

I hereby acknowledge, agree, and consent to the following terms and conditions:

Account Creation and Maintenance:

I confirm that I have provided accurate information when creating my ICMP account and will keep this information up to date. I will not share my account credentials with others, nor will I access another user’s account.

Candidate Declaration:

I hereby declare and confirm that all information provided by me to the Institute of Chartered Management Professionals Inc. (ICMP) for evaluation and registration purposes, including but not limited to my personal information, educational qualifications, degrees, certificates, and professional experience in various organizations, is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by me at any stage may result in immediate revocation of my ICMP certification (s), cancellation of my application, and permanent inactivation of my records in the ICMP database.

Authorization for Information Verification:

I authorize ICMP to verify the information provided in my application at any time by communicating with any individual, employer, educational institution, government agency, or any other related organization if required. I also consent to the release of any information necessary for such verification.

Eligibility Confirmation:

I confirm that I meet the eligibility criteria for the certification program that I have selected, as outlined in the program requirements provided by ICMP.

Consent to Evaluation, Assessment, and Examination:

I hereby irrevocably consent to the evaluation methods, assessment procedures, and examination processes established and administered by the Institute of Chartered Management Professionals (ICMP). I acknowledge and agree to abide by all policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures related to these processes, including any changes or updates made by ICMP at its sole discretion. I further understand and accept that the results of such evaluations, assessments, or examinations are final and binding. I waive any right to contest or dispute the methodologies, procedures, or outcomes except through the formal appeals process outlined in ICMP’s policies.

Payment of Fees:

 I agree to pay the certification fees and any other applicable charges related to ICMP certifications, programs, or services. I understand that fees are subject to change and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Examination or Assessment Scheduling and Rescheduling:

I agree to adhere to the policies outlined by ICMP regarding scheduling and rescheduling exams or assessments.

Personal Data Consent:

I consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal data by ICMP for purposes related to registration, certification, and program administration.

Adherence to the Code of Conduct:

I agree to uphold the ethical guidelines and professional code of conduct required by ICMP throughout the certification process and thereafter.

Use of Certification Title:

I agree to use the certification title only while my certification is active and not suspended or revoked. I will not misrepresent or misuse the certification in any way that might harm ICMP’s reputation. Credential Suspension or Revocation: I acknowledge that ICMP reserves the right to suspend or revoke my certifications, or designations, or credentials if I fail to uphold the terms of this agreement or violate the ICMP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Acknowledgment of Certification Revocation Terms: I acknowledge that ICMP reserves the right to revoke awarded certifications in cases of non-compliance with its policies, ethical misconduct, or providing false or misleading information.

Certification Limitations:

I understand that obtaining an ICMP certification or credential does not imply licensure, registration, or government authorization to practice or engage in related activities.

Consent to Public Recognition:

I consent to ICMP’s use of my name and certification status for promotional purposes unless I explicitly opt out in writing.

Online Registry Consent:

Upon achieving ICMP certifications or credentials, I consent to have my name included in ICMP’s Online Registry, should ICMP choose to maintain one. I understand that this registry may be publicly accessible.

Consent to Communication:

I agree to receive communication from ICMP via email, WhatsApp, SMS, social media, or other methods regarding updates, events, certification programs, and any other related matters.

Due Diligence:

I hereby declare that I am applying for the certification program offered by the Institute of Chartered Management Professionals Inc. (ICMP) after conducting my own due diligence and fully satisfying myself regarding the technical details of the certification program (s), as well as the legal status, market recognition, and credibility of ICMP. I further agree and acknowledge that, upon obtaining the certification or designation, I shall not raise any claims, disputes, or objections concerning the aforementioned aspects.

Release and Indemnification:

I release and indemnify ICMP and its representatives from all liability and claims arising from my ICMP certifications, credentials, designations, learning, evaluation, examination, assessment, related activities, services, or any actions taken by ICMP.

Dispute Resolution:

I agree that any disputes related to my ICMP certifications or services will be resolved exclusively in accordance with ICMP’s policies and procedures, including the Appeals Process to its Board.

Limitation of Liability:

I acknowledge that ICMP is not liable for any decisions made by employers, clients, or third parties based on the technical or legal status of my ICMP certifications. Furthermore, I agree that ICMP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from my use of its certification titles or designations, or services. ICMP’s total liability for all claims is strictly limited to the amount I have paid for its certification programs or services in the last calendar year, or US $50, whichever is greater.

Right of Services:

I acknowledge that ICMP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its services or content offerings at any time, with or without notice.

Acknowledgment of Updates to Terms

I acknowledge that the Institute of Chartered Management Professionals Inc. (ICMP) may update its policies, terms, or conditions at any time without prior notice and make them available on its website. My continued participation in ICMP’s programs, use of its services, or retention of certifications signifies my acceptance of such updates. Non-compliance with the updated terms may result in the revocation of certifications, suspension of services, or inactivation of my records in ICMP’s database.

By submitting my application and registration for ICMP certification programs, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions as set forth by the Institute of Chartered Management Professionals Inc.
